Here is a unique and very rare Pennino Sterling Silver brooch that is covered with clear rhinestones. Here are two long stemmed flowers that have a slim ribbon of rhinestones curling around from the bottom to the left top. The Pennino family brought the skills and craftsmanship from Italy for a legacy in jewelry that is hard to match today.
This is a substantial 4 inch pin.
The reverse is marked Pennino Sterling and shows the multiple steps that went into the old world European style crafting of this exquisite piece of jewelry.
You look at this and it is as though time has stopped and you are back in an earlier gracious time. Pennino started business in 1927. This very rare and highly collectible sterling pin was created between then and the 1940s.
Excellent condition. Overall very bright stones with only slight changes in color to the outer baguettes at the base of the flowers.
