Our Service Pledge To You:
Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of cleared payment. 

 
Return Policy:
Designing Woman Jewelry want each buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. Any item may be returned within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Items that have been altered or worn by buyer will not be accepted for return.  Buyer pays return shipping and insurance unless there was an error in listing of the item. If the listing was in error, Designing Woman Jewelry will pay return postage.   Items returned after 3 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped US Postal Service Priority and US international 1st class.  US orders are flat rate shipping of $7.50 per order.  International orders are $12 flat rate shipping per order. We are able to provide expedited shipping upon request.  Email us at cutomerservice@designingwomanjewelry.com for shipping quote.

Other Information:

6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax on orders shipped to Pennsylvania.
